Everyone loves to hunt for minibeasts. There are so many creatures to see and find out about. You can pick a place near you, possibly a wood or a park. They all have lots of different creatures in them for us to investigate. I will provided trays, magnifying viewers and the expertise so that you know what you are looking at. Sometimes this is an activity that I do before everyone gets busy making a new habitat like a bee home or a multi-storey hotel with lots of great places for minibeasts to stay in. You can also combine minibeast hunting with pond dipping or den making for a great day out.
