Making Leaf Art with the Ranger

Leaf art is fantastic, there are so many arty things that you can do with leaves.

dThis is a great activity for Autumn or Fall when there are lots of colourful leaves just lying around begging to be used for something. You can paint the leaves them selves, punch shapes in them, cut them and sew them. You can make  hangings and bunting, leaf prints and even leaf necklaces. I use autumn leaves for making paper too, not just in the paper pulp but you can put the whole leaves into the middle of sheets of paper.

You can combine leaf art with other environmental art or something totally different like stargazing as Autumn is also a good time for that too, mind you it is also a good time to make fires and look for minibeasts.
